COACHING WITH SPIRIT

Coaching for Actors & Presenters. Work an audition, scene, prepared toast, or prepared presentation to find your voice, spirit, and purpose in it! I love this work and draw from my professional expertise in Acting, Writing, Performing, and Teaching Language Arts and Yoga. One hour sessions. You will leave inspired! Note: I can also, in the course of our session, help you tweak and revise the language in your presentation to fit with your overall presentation purpose. $100 (sliding scale available)

somatic mindfulness faciliation

Reiki: Relaxation Session (50-60 mins). I am a certified Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki Master (Karuna is the Reiki of Compassion). Reiki is a safe, gentle system of energy healing with the practitioner’s hands resting just above or on the body. It aids the individual at relaxation at all levels, and many clients leave with new insights and levels of awareness. We start with a brief intake, discuss your goals (whether physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual), and I will offer intuitive follow-up after the session. During the treatment, you will rest seated or lying down listening to soft music as desired—and receiving the energetic benefits of reiki. Virtual (some In-Person sessions also possible depending on location. Please inquire when you schedule). $105 (sliding scale available)

“Ki” is also known as Chi or Prana, the life force—think of “rei”-”ki” as guiding the life force to your body at all levels.

Reiki with Communication Session (50-60 mins). This combines reiki, intuitive guidance, and communication. For the communication, please bring pictures of your loved one to describe to me. This can be offered onsite or virtually. Onsite sessions can include but are not limited to a cafe setting depending on your location. What is important is our connection. $105 (sliding scale available)

Guided Self-Care Class (50-60 mins). I will use my background in yoga and mindfulness to guide you through several techniques for regulating the nervous system and bringing greater ease, strength and relaxation to your mind, body, and spirit. A typical 50-60 minute class guides you through some self-regulation techniques, grounding strategies, breathing exercises, a brief meditation, gentle yoga, and a guided relaxation. This class can also be tweaked to focus on your particular goals (meditation, breathing, guided relaxation, beginner yoga, hand mudras, etc.). I am a 475-hour Certified Yoga Teacher with additional training in Somatic Mindfulness, Meditation, and Vagus Nerve Yoga. $120

Somatic Mindfulness Mini-Session (30 mins). You can also request this as an add-on to a Reiki Session. This will include a breathing practice, self-regulating practices, and a brief (20 minute) inquiry into thoughts—and sensations. It is an introduction to Somatic Mindfulness work and helps to teach you some of the fundamental skills of working with your present moment awareness and your experience of thoughts and sensations that arise in a space of safety, guided by me as your facilitator. $60 for 30 mins.

Somatic Mindfulness Full (50-60 Minute) Session. Same as the 30 minute session but this is a full, stand-alone session. This will include talking, self-regulating practices you can take with you, an inquiry on a topic of your choosing, and time for closure and next steps. I will help you learn tools for staying regulated in your body and keeping one foot in the present as you explore what is arising in your thoughts, feelings, and/or sensations related to your topic. Safety is the treatment. This is not therapy but a facilitation that helps you put self-regulation skills and tools into practice as you explore what is present within you—in a container of safety and presence. $140.
